PRAY FOR THE AMP MINISTRY
AMP is a college ministry lead by Jeff and Kim Losornio and others in our church. This is a missions field to RSU students, many of whom are non-churched, several are atheists. AMP recently moved into a revamped gas station pictured here.
LET US SUPPORT AMP IN PRAYER
PRAYER REQUESTS:
- For wisdom, direction, & anointing for leaders
- For the love of Christ to saturate that place
- That the Holy Spirit would draw others
- Especially for those who do not know Christ to be saved
PERSECUTED CHRISTIANS:
We are blessed to have freedom to openly worship God. The following statistics show, many Christians do not have that privilege. “When we meet with our persecuted brothers and sisters, the first request they have is that we pray for them.” (VOM).
According to World Watch,just the last year there have been:
- Over 245 million Christians living in places where they experience high levels of persecution
- 4,305 Christians killed for their faith
- 1,847 churches and other Christian buildings attacked
- 3,150 believers detained without trial, arrested, sentenced or imprisoned
Hebrews 13:3 Pray forthose who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering
Persecution of Christians is increasing as Christ’s return nears.
ASK GOD TO GIVE YOU A BURDEN FOR OUR PERSECUTED BROTHERS & SISTERS
