Jon Stem has served as the Student Pastor at Claremore Assembly since March of 2012. Jon comes from a missionary family and grew up in Alaska and overseas in the country of Mongolia. He met his wife, Jen, while attending Central Bible College in Springfield, MO.
After graduating from CBC in 2008, Jon went on to receive his Master’s Degree from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. Jon worked for 4 years at the AG National Office in Springfield prior to coming to Claremore. Jon’s passion is to see young people step up and become the church of today, living out the callings God has placed on their lives.
Jon is married to our Worship & Outreach Pastor, Jen Stem, and together they have a son named Josiah & a daughter named JJ.
Jon has also competed on seasons 6 and 11 of the TV show American Ninja Warrior and continues to train and compete in ANW & various obstacle course races and competitions.
