Safety Recommendations

Safety Recommendations

We are in Phase 2 and are holding Sunday AM Services. Below are our current health and safety guidelines. Thank you for helping us keep our congregation safe!

Recommended Guidelines

  • Individuals age 65 and above are encouraged to use their own discretion in adhering to CDC “safer at home” practices. Everyone will still have the ability to watch service online
  • If you have an underlying medical condition, have been in contact with someone who was sick, or have recently shown symptoms of sickness yourself, please remain at home
  • We will be providing a nursery for ages 0-24 months; however, there will be no children’s or youth services or classes until further notice (online services are available for kids and teenagers)
  • There will be no B4 Church Sunday School Classes and no Sunday evening service
  • Drinks and food will not be offered or served. Sorry, Claremore Café fans!
  • Families may sit together; however, we encourage others attending tomaintain a social distance of at least 6 feet. Please keep your children with you (this includes assisting children with trips to the restroom)
  • We will continue to stream our church service on Sundays at 10:45, post a video on Facebook on Tuesdays, and host a Facebook Live video on Thursdays at noon
  • Restrooms are disinfected often, and we encourage one person at a time if possible
  • There will be no printed bulletin or prayer sheet handed out. Updated information is always available on our website
  • Offering receptacles will be placed at the exits of the sanctuary. Digital giving will remain available on our website and through text message
  • Multiple hand sanitizers will be available
  • We encourage hand hygiene and proper distancing
  • Please refrain from handshakes or hugs (but smiles are encouraged!). There will therefore be no “Meet & Greet” portion of the service
  • If you would like to wear a face mask, we encourage you to do so (but we are not requiring this)
  • Our Sanctuary and Front Lobby, including the front bathrooms, will be the only accessible parts of the building. The rest of the building (including the office, hallways, classrooms, etc.) will be off limits. Please enter and exit the building only through the two main front doors except in the case of emergency

Thank you for complying with these temporary recommendations. Your help will create a safe environment so we can continue providing a Sunday morning worship service
